Well we are two days from Thanksgiving 2014 I hope everyone enjoys there day and if traveling have a safe one.

Please remember our troops on Thursday buy wishing them to be safe and to come home soon,and may God bless them.

Well after three days of brining the turkey,it was placed in the smoker at 7:00AM It should be done at 4:00PM. I hope. Ive smoked turkey before,but not the method that I'm using this time. Supposedly it's the proper way to smoke the bird. We will see. Lots of other things for Ruth and I to do for dinner.

What are you guys making?
