well heres an update guys its been a little over 3 weeks since I started with the vape. So far so good had 1 real one wells a few drags of a real one last week and couldnt believe how bad it was, multiple fishing trips, a couple days at the saloon and being around smokers and havent went back. So far so good, occasionally i get the urge like while driving or having my morning coffee but the vape takes the edge off enough. Going to go from 12 mg to 8 mg next week and see how that goes.

Stick with it Al. For me its like a giant burden has been taken away being smoke free.

Wait till your sense of smell really comes back and find out how s!tty all those smokers smell.

Don't rush the cutting back on nic.. 12 isn't bad..  when you go to 8 you will just find yourself hitting it more..  baby steps..  You need this thing to satisfy you while you withdraw from the other 1000 chemicals you are withdrawing from...

Still using the vape down to 3 mg, 32 ml bottle of juice is lasting between a week and 10 days.

another update, Yesterday ran out of juice since everything was closed had to resort to 15mg njoy juice from 7-11. I feel like $%&T. either its the vanilla flavor or the level of nic. Forget the bread and milk when a storms a comin get to the vape shop. Using Spectrum Vapor Kona. tastes just like coffee and comes in 0, 3, 6, 12, 18. Wife had half a bottle of "0" kona at home so i mixed it with the njoy. Going back to 3mg tomorrow. plan to go to 0 in a few weeks then through this thing away Thanks again Rod thumbs up

Don't be in a big rush to hit 0, I went from 3 to 1.5 then .75 and once there for a few days i switched between 0 and the .75 trying to do the 0 more and more till i just didnt need the one with nic anymore.

Nice.. I'm at Nic 5  And still enjoying it..  Maybe one day I'll put it down.

May only issue was the weight gain.   I been watching since..  but nothing stopped me from putting back on some lost pounds.  GYM.. etc... Oh well.. still beats smoking.. and the 600$ cost a month

Been awhile since anything happened here.

STILL going strong with no smokes, nicotine or even vaping. Been absolutly wonderful and over two years now no smokes, and still have not had one single "urge" to smoke.
