Fished the outgoing for a few hours with my dad. Like yesterday fishing was very slow. After a few hours of nothing I finally got a hit and brought in a 19 inch keeper. Stayed a little bit longer with nothing to show for it and moved to a different area I've never fished before. Got a  pleasant surprise with a 17 inch fluke on my 2nd cast at the next spot and thought things would be good, but nope. No more bites after an hour and a half of more fishing, called it quits then. The action has been very slow this week but the fish landed are quality sized.

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.
