17 July Evening Tide
« on: July 18, 2015, 08:05:20 PM »
Decided to try the northern end at Gillikins. Hit the surf by 1930 and stayed till 2330 for a 2112'ish high tide.

Got the skunk. Had a few hits and one big pole bender, but DoorMatt didn't get to it in time. Thank goodness I believe in burying the sand spike deep as I can.

Bait was salted clam. 6oz held.

Parents 100 yards away managed a bluefish and sandshark on bunker.
