Fish out of Keyport

« on: December 20, 2016, 05:56:42 AM »

Last one of 2016 for me is in the books. Met Fill, Paulie, Eddie, Kevin D, and friends of theirs on the Monger.

Left the dock at 6:30 and headed out in to the frigid 10-15 mph north winds.

It was cold the white leggers were freezing in the bins but we gave it hell all day. The tog never really got chewing, and some of the guys were just to cold to stay at the rail. I think we finished the day with 25 keepers up to 12+ lbs.

I had 5 and lost quite a few more . Always a good time with this crew and its been a good year for me on the fishing grounds.
