An unsettled weekend with cautious water conditions. Saturday will have chances of showers and thunderstorms all day. Fog is possible in the morning and at night. Highs will be in the 60’s to low 70’s with overnight lows in the 30’s. Sunday will be cooler, but dry and sunny with highs in the 40’s with lows in the 20’s and 30’s. Water conditions will be cautious with winds to 25 knots and seas to 6 feet. Water temperatures are steady. UV Index will be Low to Moderate at 0-5/15.

A strong cold front will move through the Mid Atlantic on Saturday. High pressure will build into the region on Sunday before moving into the Atlantic on Monday. A surface low will develop in the central U.S. on Tuesday and move northeast to the Great Lakes by Wednesday and southeast Canada by Thursday. An associated warm front is forecast to move through the Northeast on Wednesday before another strong cold front sweeps across the East Coast on Thursday.
