A clipper/coastal low will bring rain, snow, wintry mix, sleet, and ice to the state. Anywhere from 1-6+ inches are possible and will begin overnight and come to an end by Monday Afternoon. Gusty winds, high seas, rough surf, and minor coastal flooding is possible. Water conditions will be hazardous.
