Midshore Monday
« on: August 02, 2018, 06:50:37 AM »
Hey all. It has been a while since I have been around, mostly because I have only been out fishing once last week and a couple crabbing trips with the family.

I am looking to get out on Monday for a shot at midshore BFT and YFT.

Fred, fishing the "Kristy Marie" from Manasquan River Club. Channels 16/67/68.

Good luck!
Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife sells all of my fishing tackle for what she thinks I paid for it!

Nope. Didn't get out. Had a fuel issue the day before when out with the family. Plan was to rebuild the fuel side of the VRO. Did that and the issue persisted. Managed to find the air side parts on Sunday. Rebuilt that side.... Issue persisted. Checked everything and reinstalled the VRO and still had the issue plus a never ending alarm. The alarm is being caused by a vacuum switch. I gave up and came home and got drunk. Going to replace both VRO's with regular fuel pumps and premix fuel.

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.
