shoved off about 530. Bay was a lake and no traffic so hit warp speed until the Chappel Hill then had to slow a bit. First spot was about 1 mi south of Scotland. Produced some short fluke and sea robins. Made a couple stops on the way to Rattlesnake with the same results. Rattlesnake produced a lot of short fluke, and a sea bass. Made another move a bit east of there and found some nice sized sea bass and ling. Didn't realize there was another boat so close when I hooked into a jumbo sea bass and I yelled with excitement. Of course they looked and monitored..........drifted out of that spot and moved reset the drift. The other boat jumps in where we left and I catch another one as soon as my rig hit the bottom. Those boys left quick. lol. Hit a couple other spots banging some ling before it started getting sporty for the little boat. Started running in and met with what felt like a 20 degree rise in temperature. Made a couple drops in the bay with no hits so called it and headed in. Only encountered 1 moron in a boston whaler who blew past everyone through the no wake zone so he could feel special being in front.

All caught on gulp. color didn't seem to matter. 60ish-70ft
