Very interesting their from Winter Park, Fla.  I don't think they have a site of their own but here is a lunk to their products.

Hi All,

I use Boone birds and some of their jets, teasers, etc. If I remember properly, I think their stuff is sold even in Walmart.

Nothing like a bird with a green machine Way-Way-Back down the center of your trolling spread.

Their website is:

http://www.boonebait.com/

Thanks,

Ed

Hi Ed,

Yes, Wal Mart does carry some of their products.  I just bought a saltwater spinner bait that I can't wait to try out this season.

Hi Paul,

I was at a show in San Diego a few weeks back and I sat in on a hybrid Striper discussion. The guys out there use a spinner like that with great results.

I bet it is deadly with blues as well.

Does it come with a choice of blades (or different blade sizes)?

Thanks,

Ed

Hi ED,

I do not think so but I know that changing out the blades is a cinch.  I use to do it all the time for freshwater spinner bait rigs.  They were super for Lg. Mouth and are easy to fish.  I might try it at the inlet and see what happens Sunday.

Hi Paul,

I think I will pick a few up. I bet bonito will like them (if I can find them this year for more than just a week or two).

Thanks for the info and good find!

Ed

Wal Mart Rt. 37.  I think they were $5.99 or so.

Hi Paul,

Thanks ...

I love the work on your site. I collect oils from folks like Wyland, John Pitre, James Coleman, etc.

Do you still have the RED PENNANT? Do you have a little info on its inspiration. Where can I see your work in Toms River?

Thanks,

Ed

Hi Ed,

Thanks for asking, and yes I still have the RED PENNANT.  The inspiration  was brought on by reading a number of books about Pirates I bought last year up in Mystic Seaport.  That and knowing I had to go for two operations 3 months apart well lets say the painting portrays the mood I was in, any port in the storm kind of thing.

I have them at the house only because I haven't found a gallery willing to sell my work yet.  I have sold a few paintings through the web site, but it is slow right now.

You have to stop over one day, just give me a call on the cell 732-684-0385 which by the way is the number I use for Mainland Studio.  I would be glad to show you my work.

Hi Paul,

I also need a bunch on the Note Cards.

I will get together with you after the next round of travel I have. Hopefully after mid-May I will be in NJ for more than 3-5 days at a time.

I will show your site to some folks that own businesses down in Brielle.

Best wishes,

Ed

Thanks Ed,

I am working on a Striped Bass on the hunt painting right now.  Its far from being finished but in my mind a painting is never done.
