Striper Fishing off Union Beach
« on: April 17, 2007, 06:32:54 PM »
I'm looking to hit the surf within the next week or two. Anybody interested in meeting me in Union Beach for some striper fishing? Looks like things are heating up. I think Catfish hunter is going to meet me and maybe wingshooter. If anybody else is in the area, shoot me a PM and we can set something up

Since were fishing Union Beach, we wil be about a quarter mile from jakeabobs. We could go there for a few beers and a burger after.

Yes I do fish it,First time I went there it was low tide and crossed no problem then came back at high and got stuck out there for a few hours. You can cross it at high tide just walk out not straight across, the water comes up to chest.Just bring at least 3 dozen clams out to the point you will use every one of them.
