Old Orchard Ares
« on: May 15, 2008, 12:42:33 PM »
Wow, I was happy to have a spot to fish with all the tournamnet pre-fishing going on... Lots of "pro's" out there doing their thing. It was a nice day for it.

Fished with Charlie from www.eastcoastnets.com and we had 4 bass over 30". This one was a hair shy of 38", but skinny----nothing in the gullet. Other 3 returned to the drink...

Used a 1" by 2" 10 foot net this morning and it worked like a champ----the bunker were deeper than usual. Half the bass on livelining and the other two on chunk. As usual---many blues for some action and to keep the hook manufacturers in business. Fishing Tomorrow and Sat....

PS---My Quintrex is on the Classifieds here if anyone is looking for a nice trailer boat....
