My grandfather always told me; if it wasn't for bad luck you'd have no luck at tall... this was the luck of the Irish...as explained by him (he came over in 1912)

Good Job Joe! By the way; where the heck is squid head?

Ken, squid head is just a name that I made up for my chartplotter for a lump I fish. I named it that because the shape of the contour line on the chartplotter resembles a squid. Also resembles something else, but we won't go there.  ;D

If you look at a chart, you will see the area I am talking about. It is out I guess two-three miles from the red chruch, elberon area.

Good luck if you fish there. If you fish there, start at one end of the lump and drift across it. Don't finish your drift until you are off the lump. The fish can be on either edge or on top. Find where they are for that day and shorten your drift to fish that area exclusively.  t^

Thanks, I was at red church on Sunday; fish that area quite a bit...will look at my charts when I get back to the boat... appreciate the tip  TT^
