HERE IT IS FOLKS.

SATURDAY NIGHT AUG 16. ISLAND BEACH STATE PARK IN THE AREA OF A-10 AGAIN.IF YOU HAVE MISSED THE OTHER NIGHTS,YOU WANT TO BE AT THIS ONE!!!!
BRING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND ENJOY A NIGHT ON THE BEACH. EVERYONE IS WELCOME, THE MORE THE MERRIER. I AM HOPPING THIS ONE HAS A MUCH BIGGER TURN OUT.THE SURF IS HOTT RIGHT NOW WITH THOSE TOOTHY CRITTERS, WE WILL HAVE MUSIC AND LOTS OF FOOD.THE CAMP FIRE IS ALWAYS A HIT WITH THE KIDS AS THEY COOK MARSHMELLOWS AND HOT DOGS.I'M TELLING YOU THIS IS A GREAT NIGHT. AGAIN I WILL HAVE MY FAMOUS BUNKERTINIS TO CHUM THE SURF,AND ANYONE WHO WANTS TO USE THE SURF ROCKETS BRING A ROD. THE END OF SUMMER IS COMMING FAST, DONT MISS THIS BEACH PARTY.WE WILL MEET UP ON THE BEACH AROUND 7PM AND HANG THROUGHT THE NIGHT. ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO THE PARTY WOULD BE GREAT. HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE THERE.

I'll be there with 8-10 people..
I think we'll have more than one fire pit.  I will bring a load of wood also.
I'll be driving on this time..

Maybe a list of things to bring ( chair)  etc.. and to make sure they let you in.

If you get there before dusk.  you don't need poles right.  I will be getting there around 7 PM..

As well you should be.  I will try to be there once again, not sure yet.

I was just talking to a buddy of mine the other day and he said that the high point of the sharking season will be August 22 give or take, so you will be right in the thick of things. 

Ray over at Grumpys I think has the bug as well, with all the talk I have been giving you and the outings plus hearing of others doing well he is supposedly going out tonight.  I hope he does well.  I'll stop over there tomorrow unless he signs up here.  I was talking to him about the site.

Hi Chris,  I sounds like Ken will be real busy on Friday.  With the amount of people that are planning to show up.  It was a fun night and as always it was good to see more members of the board.

Maybe I will be out there on Friday night for a while it might be a little later for me though.

I was there for the first outing,it was a great night meeting a bunch of avid fishermen and swapping fishing lies I mean authentic fishing adventures. I was the guy that brought the scope to view saturn and moon craters. If its a clear night I'll bring it. Again I'll say -- its' an easy good fun time,,making new friends and learning how to do what we do smarter. Thanks Ken for all the time,$, effort you put into making this happen,, anybody got a food (fish) blender processor you'd like to donate to Ken he'll take it.

this is really going to be the best night yet. a party on the beach, end of summer bash. cant wait to meet you all. if you plan on comming out drop a line in this post, i wanna make sure we have enough stuff, bait food,ect. also if you plan on bringing stuff out post it here as well, this way we know what we need and dont need. its gonna be a blast.

what would I need to bring to fish, if I decide.  I got the rod and reel, tackle for that type of fishing, I don't have.

you can bring any tackel to throw bunker off the beach. a fish finder rig with 8/0 to 10/0 hook. to use the surf rocket  you will need a rod with braid mono works but these fish are big, and a 80# to 200# snapswivel. i should have anything you will need. glad your comming nick

yeah if your fishing your own bunker min 80# wire has been working great. we have been bitten off using 125# wire though. my bait shots have everything pre made up all you need is a rod and reel.
