Barnegat Bay 8/27/08

  Left dock at 5:30 am. Went out where Double Creek and Oyster Creek merge or begin. Figured I got about 300 inches of fluke. Thats app. total of all the shorts I caught. Also caught blues, kingfish, sea robins and skate. My most exciting catch was a 4" sea bass. He was about 3 times longer than my hook.
  I have a suggestion for a tourney. We should start one for sea robins. Largest wing span wins.
Second place weight, third loudest.  rofla

  Yes to many! Biggest was 17.5. Rest probably 12 to 15. Maybe if the commercial boats stayed out of the inlet. Their size limit is 14 I think. How many keepers get by them?  5hrug
