Shark River 10-31
« on: October 31, 2008, 07:21:20 PM »
Left Shark River around 8:30 AM and looked around alittle and then headed South.  Offshore of Bayhead and Mantoloking there were a few boats all jigging gorilla sized blues.  It was a pretty good pick with a fish every few minutes.  On the way back to shark river we ran along the beach and found several patches of working birds.  All cocktail blues, no bass.  Good day on the water.

Good job Captain Dave.

I went north out of the inlet today. Pretty much the same. Birds, blues...we did get one short bass in the mix.  t^
