Seaside Park 11/04/2008
« on: November 04, 2008, 02:31:07 PM »
Hit the beach around 8 am. One bass 1 blue both around 30". Bass on a popper and blue on bunker chunk. I was down around 10th ave.
Lots of guys out. From what I could see for the first hour everyone was pulling them in. Died off then. I got the bass on the second cast.
Also found out that sneakers are not waterproof!!  5hrug

Good catching.  I was not able to get out today but I did stop over at Ortley for a short time and the beach was loaded with fishermen.  While there I saw 3 blues brought in 2 on clams and 1 on a plug go figure.  It should be the other way around.

I am going to try tomorrow in the AM and see what happens...

I usually time the waves so I can run down and cast real quick and run back up before the next one comes so i dont get wet.  Or I could just buy some waders but what fun is that. hhppy
