Well it was a great season aboard the misfit.We did very well this season even w/ the larger fluke size limit we still came home w/ meat every trip .In total we landed over 160 keepers that I logged and I know I missed a couple trips that I was to lazy to log.I got to fish W/ some new folks this year and they made it fun.I gotta say I learned something new every trip out and thanks to some new friends learned some new spots.I am sad to say that after this weekends final trip for some bass the msfit will be going to sleep for the winter ,here are some pics of the season we had,I couldnt put them all in there due to photobucket only allowing me to use so many.enjoy click pic to start

Hey Cat,
Thanks for sharing your pictures and by the looks of it your season was pretty good.
I guess now you will go into jig making for next season? Pretty cool.
I am gathering stuff I need for making the teasers I use for over the winter to replenish the stock I lost this past year. I was amazed at the price of these things this year and how much one can save by tying them yourself.
If you want to get out and hit the beach just watch the posts in the Surf section and I can meet up with you for a few hours on IBSP.

thanks guys ,as far as jigs go we just did a big pour for next season ,we did 800 or so , in sizes 1.5 to 12 oz. I been painting and tying every day .I try to get a dozen a day done . they are comming out good.all colors shown are pearl w/ glow backs

I am pulling it saterday but the bass are thick so I am bringing a couple dozen eels and gonna try for one more fresh fish dinner while I can .

Hey Catfish,
The season is never over when the boat is on a trailer. Did you get in on the weakfish the last couple of weeks? I only got out once lately, but Hunter and I got a few. I may try for bass Sunday. Good Luck,Later.

den ,I been hunting as much as possible and I think it is time ,I am gonna hit our area for bass ,I heard some guys are doing well w/ bigger fish so I am gonna hit it .I dint get out when they were here for the weakies we were blackfishing at the time .
