Manasqan Flounder

2 fish this Am on the Miss Norma and 4 or 5 this afternoon with 20 poles in the water. The water was dirty and cold the only place that was clean was the south end of the Cannal in about 12' of water. We dropped just north of the Mant. bridge then the south end of the cannal then just west of the cannal in the river  then Clarks and last near Bogens(35 Bridge). Not for a lack of trying plenty of chum was used. The young Capt. knew what he was doing just poor conditions for fish. A nice day on the water. I am born and raised in PPB it is about as bad as I have ever seen. If we get a several more warm days it should get better before fluke season.

Good try!  Seems to be the norm with the flounder reports recently.  Certainly stinks.

Great effort. The flounder fishing is not good this year.  :P
