Saturday The SI Tuna clubs Fluke tourney was cancelled but the great crew I put together fished anyway.
BigAl, Mark, Christian, Paul, Treebeard , Dibbs, came fluking and it was tough day. 2 19 1/2" Fluke and a winter flounder came aboard . We covered close to 60 miles.
Sunday the Hallie Loren crew jumped on Captain Jeff's "Kristin Marie" 35' Bertram out of Point Pleasant to fish Mako Mania/Mako Fever . We weighed in a 109 pound Mako but it didn't make any leader boards. We saw a ton of Tuna out there.
Monday I was invited to fish on Steves 48' Viking "Tradition" for Tuna and we landed a nice 134lb BFT. It took me over an hour to get it to the boat. Sore arms today.
