Had it for lunch again today!  Am I being a pig?????  It's still awesome!  Gave the rest to my wife's grandparents, along with the cajun season. 

Paul, keep plugging, you'll get your due!  I bet this will be on your menu within the week!!!

I hope so, I have been having some tough luck this year in just getting out.  I have the guys coming out to install a new central air unit that crapped out on me during that hot spell.  With the money it is costing me I could of bought the whole family all brand new kayaks fully outfitted and ready to go for fishing.  Ouch... :'(
