Friday 8/15 had a 5 man crew for fluke.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES.
Still slower fishing, best drift was maybe 4 or 5 keepers. But average was about 1 or 2. A ton of shorts today. Most keepers were very nice quality sized. The keepers were no measures and the shorts were mostly very short. High hook was Mark with atleast 7 keeps and Big fish went to Phil around 7lbs. These guys worked their asses off and before the bite dropped off, they were 3 shy of their limit with 22 keepers and 3 jumbo Seabass.
OPEN BOAT ALL NEXT WEEK.

Well.. thanks Rod.. but unless we playing for numbers..I'm way down on the leaderboard for the big fish pool.. Unless someone has bested the fish Phil caught today, he should be in the lead TT^ Can't say enough about the job Capt Kris and Darren did for us.. These guys really showed me something today.. Worked like crazy keeping us on fish all day..and it was'nt an easy bite by any means...yet they seemed to enjoy themselves as much as we did.. which really makes for a fun and memorable day all around.. I look forward to fishing with them again soon! chrz chrz
