Hey everybody!
« on: October 30, 2008, 04:48:08 PM »
Found this forum searching for fishing info in NJ....

Well basically, Im andrew. Im 20 years old and Ive been fishing since I could walk, thanks to my dad and uncle. I enjoy saltwater fishing, whether it be from a boat or surf fishing, or back bay. Anything but fly fishing. I hope to land my first striper this fall.

Ive been pretty active on Bassbarn for a month or two now so some of you may recognize me from there. Im one of those guys that believes in the wisdom of elders when it comes to fishing...

So... Hey everyone! glad to be here.
Young and love fishing...

Willing to do weekend work on a boat spring/summer 09 fishing season... have references!

Welcome Aboard AKscuba713,

Well you landed on one if not the best fishing information site on the web.  We believe in sharing the information freely and openly.  If you need help with a certain fishing spot or technique just ask, someone is sure to jump in with the answer.

I am a surf rat and have been for well over 50 years.  If I can help in any way just throw it out there.  My fishing spots are from Lavellette south to the inlet.

If you can add anything new, us older guys are open to new ways of bring in the fish any way we can.

Again Welcome Aboard.

Happy Catching

Paul

Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone....

Here's some pictures of me in the past with fish Ive caught....

This ones probably my most recent trophy, a 23 inch largemouth bass out of swedesboro lake -

This poor doggie became bait without us even knowing it or what bit him...

Fluke from summer of 06...

my biggest Bluefish from the same day..

Small accomplishments but Ive always enjoyed the simple things in life. It doesnt matter if I go home with a cooler empty, with one fish, or overflowing, Im happy that I get to fish when I can.

Also a heads up, I love SCUBA diving, so if any of you are fellow divers... lemme know....
