Only had a limited window to fish and that window got even shorter as the day went on. Had some extra company today with my girlfriend, Stacy coming along. We got up extra early to get down to the boat and get the new GPS in. Once that was down we beat feet to the ramp and got underway.
Got word the the bite was big on the ACR and changed our plans to head there. Once out we set up on some wrecks and got the lines in the water. Nada on a loooooooong drift. rgmn
Made a move south to another wreck and another long drift. Stacy gets a hit and lands a short fluke. Her first ever. I could tell by the lack of excitement that something wasn't right. As I made a move to the radio to call Capt Joe for some help, she tells me she's not feeling well and wants to head in. rgmn
End of day. These things happen, I'm glad she at least have it a shot.

Great effort.
It did get a little bouncy out there in the afternoon. Took me a while to get back in from the north. Had to go on a slow bell so we didn't get beat up. TT^

Nice job! Congrats on her first fluke, but it stinks to get sea sick. Maybe next time she will be ok or some Bonine to help the day along.
