He's a guide out of that area in tampa bay. They charged him with reckless operation. It may not have been his boat. I looked on his website and I didn't see a Sea Vee boat or any mention of one

Dense fog + 1200hp + radar + gps = still a dummy
Trust your electronics, but if something doesn't feel right,,,,, it probably isn't, or at least slow the heck down till you figure out what that feeling really is.
Never know when your gonna pop up on that sand bar at 0500. Lack of vision is a whole other world wether it darkness or fog. Don't believe that? walk around your block with your eyes closed, see how well you do.
