Hey Nick

I just made your Fluke Al'a Luna except I used Tilapia and added a little vigrin olive oil. I was not sure if my daught would like it. I served it with white rice and broccoli. I served my daughter first than made my plate. I turn around and all of her Tilapia is gone and she asked for more. Thanks for the recipe, it was great.

I used Chablis this time and it came much, much better.

At least 1/2 stick of butter, fresh garlic or garlic powder (a real good amount), 1 cup wine and like I previously said, put fish in and steam it up.. make sure the pan is covered..
