Sunday Toggin the PP Canal

We heard they were catching Tog in the PP canal and so Jake and I decide to give the high tide a try today.  No keepers but we each caught 9.  Clam or green crab worked equally well. We saw some other folks using worms and that was working too.   Across the canal from us we saw a guy keeping shorts.  When we were leaving the game warden showed up.  Last we saw the warden was taking the guy and cooler away.
