Title: Bang Bang Shrimp - Copycat from Bonefish Grill

Ingredients:

Servings: 4-6


    1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined smaller shrimp works best
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
    3-5 drops hot chili sauce, just a few drops ( To Taste
    1/2-3/4 cup cornstarch, to coat the shrimp in

Directions:

    1    Mix mayo and sauces for coating.
    2    Bread shrimp in cornstarch.
    3    Deep fat fry the shrimp until lightly brown.
    4    Drain on paper towel, put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce.
    5    Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, top with chopped scallions.

Love these when we go there. Did them last night and Nailed it!

Yea.. Had it couple times at bone fish grill.  it's amazing.. Don't need much.. maybe 12 Shrimp per person.. Very Rich..

Use the small "Skrimp" like quarter size, Or cut medium shrimp on half.

When Making the Sauce..After you add the Chilli sauce taste it and adjust to even out the mayo flavor and chilli sauce flavor..

I just dropped about 10 1 at a time into hot oil in a wok  for about 2 minutes until light brown..

Lightly fold the sauce into the shrimp in a bowl.. Too not break off the Corn starch that gives it a light crunch..

AMAZING!!
