A mixed week with borderline to cautious water conditions. The week will start off with showers, then rain for Monday Night and Tuesday, followed by showers again. Rain could be heavy at times and thunderstorms are possible. Wednesday and Thursday look dry with showers again possible on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Highs will range from the 60’s to 80’s with lows in the 50’s to 70’s. Water conditions will be borderline to cautious with good to borderline conditions on the weekend. Surf and beach conditions will be good to borderline with some cautious conditions, as well. Water

High pressure over southern Canada will progress eastward tonight. An area of low pressure and attendant cold front will closely follow through the early part of the week, helping to pull the remnants of Tropical Cyclone Florence toward the area. High
pressure will build southward from Canada Wednesday into Thursday before another cold front approaches the area Friday into Saturday.

The Tropics have settled some. The only areas of concern are the remnants of Florence and an area of invest in the Gulf of Mexico. Florence remnants will move through our area on Monday and Tuesday. All other systems stayed out at sea, as predicted.

Have a great week and thanks for reading!
