Title: 8/16 Sykk Physh day off

Well , it's in my blood ..called a few friends and headed right back out.. The morning started really interest when Jeff took a plunge at the dock.. Man over board at 400am was a little scary.. Luckily he went straight in and didn't hit anything.. He just missed his footing and plunged in.. After a quick change of clothes..yes I carry extra gear in my truck and Jeff is luck we are about the same frame.. We all laugh and headed for some new grounds.. Once we got there is was flat came .. Started jigging and my buddy Jon went tight.. This fish was mean , about 30 minute we sunk the gaff.. Fatty 54" bluefin.. Got reset and mike went tight .. Released another 50" fish .. Got reset and the chunk bait screamed out .. Joel was tigh and release another over 50" fish.. After that I was like ...hey guys its my day off .. Next thing I know Jeff is buckle over the rail on something big for 45 minutes.. We get color on a slob of a bluefin .. As its getting close I'm think it may be my trophy fish of the year ... The hook pulls ..son of a bitch.. We made a reset on the same drift but not takers .. Made. 25 mile run to another area and we went tight on another over fish..now we see a log and I'm think Mahi.. Wrong triggers .. We picked up 3 triggers.. So it was a day of all over and no unders but no one was complaining..
