Crew: Big Al, Dan, Dan Jr, Skip, Treebeard, Dibbs, Uncle Luna, Q-Ball, Lance, Fluke Ninja and me
Target Species: Seabass
Weather: Prefect
I would guess we caught over 1000 Seabass with 125 keepers in the box plus another 26 monster hubcap size Porgies and one keeper cod. I think Dan had the hot hand but if I’m wrong then feel free to correct me. An outstanding day with a great bunch of friends on a great boat – not much else to say. t^

t^ thanks for the invite Fill. As always a great day to be a fisherman and a bad day to be a fish. Porgys bigger than snare drums, some quality knuckle heads too. Im happy NJ changed the size limit to 13" because if they had not done that we would have only had to catch 260 seabass to get our limit and would have been on our way to the Stripers at 9 am.

Thanks for the invite Phil, great trip, sore arms and sore back.....8 oz of lead in 120 ft of water. thud none stop action ALL DAY. Jerry worked his butt off holding us on the spots while the party boats sat on anchor with very few fish coming over the rails. Always nice fishing with the group and meeting some new friends t^ It's a shame to see the barely legal fish float away or get picked at by the seagulls. nosmly
