Title: Trailers:quick reminder
Post by: PeggyLee on August 10, 2008, 11:26:16 AM
As a kid my Dad would show me how to use the oil can to put a few drops of oil on  my bike:Pedals, chains, gears ,spockets and other moving parts. Now I still use that advise on my trailer: all rollers, pivot pins, all bolts and nuts, brackets for up and down centering, winch,u bolts and all moving parts.Take a moment to
check it over real good  for rust and REPLACE whats necessary:bolts, lite bulbs, bushings and stuff.Makes for a safer trailer. Thanks Pop !!(He's up there with the Fisherman and Clammers Crew).
Good Luck out there.    AJ.

Good advise even on the reels this time of year I usually break mine down and give them a good cleaning and re greasing.
