SSFFF Boat Raffle

The American Sportfishing Association (ASA) will be assisting the Save the Summer Flounder Fishery Fund (SSFFF) in raising funds by donating a Mako 17-foot center console with accessories to be raffled off on June 28. Tickets ($20) for the raffle will be available at the Saltwater Fishing Expo coming up at Somerset from March 14 to 16.

Very nice gesture on their part.  Now we need Cabela's and the tackle manufacturers to step up.  Is Jeros Tackle participating?  They are in New Jersey and sell a lot of Fluke stuff.

I am surprised that the number of participating tackle shops and distributors/manufactures is so low.  Their lively hood depends on the sale of their products to the recs. 
The recs would miss out on just that, recreation, where the shops, distributors and manufactures would be out of business.  It's time they jumped on board.

Absolutely.  This season I'm heading to Dave Arbeitman's store (Reel Seat, Brielle) all the time over anyone else.
