THE RUG GOT OUT FISHING AT THE HOOK!!

 WE pulled out friday am and meet red65 at the  ramp . SO we put markmartines boat over board and we fish most of the day . The new rules and not great . we nailed alot of shorts . we got a lot of fish and when three guys go out  and only take home one fish is a waste of thime to me . So I will keep my boat up north until they get there sh$$$$ togeather with the size of the fish that you can take home . It was nice to get out and fish , BUT IT IS NICE TO TAKE SOMETHING HOME AND EAT

The regs are out of hand. There are more fluke now than there have been for the past 40 years. Absolutely no reason for a fish to be 18 inches to be a keeper. Even worse in NY. 

The jokers who make the regs should at least be required to know a little about the fishery.

from my friend crackboy comes a simple solution:

slot fish 17-18" 2 per day
additional 6 fish per day over 18"

but it makes too much sense to enact
let's just make it 4 at 20.5" and call it done... that's what crack does to ya

Regs are making it very tough to put a catch together

6 Fish Limit period over 16"



People are catching 20-30 fish per keeper, and at least 20% of the throw backs will die.....bigger waste of the resourses
