Title: 8/8 Flukin on the Angler

I hit the Angler this Morning for some fluking action. I have been working nights the past couple of days and decided to head down after work ( who needs sleep) After the long drive down in some of the worst Rain and lightning I have ever seen I made it down to the Highlands. It was iffy if we were going to get out but the skys cleared and enough people showed so off to the Ambrose we went..I bucktailed the bow with a couple of regulars Who are all a bunch of nice guys and actually worked a good portion of the day in the Pulpit Bucktailing with Archie. We had lots of action. Archie finished the day with 7 keepers, A Regular, Jay  hit his limit on bait and I wound up with 5 keepers and the pool fish 6 3/4 lbs.. I have to tell you Archie really showed me some great tips on bucktailing and is quickly becoming a favorite tactic.. Archie and the regulars I met are great guys and am looking forward to fishing with them agian (tommorrow with Red65)  ;D
I cant tell you how many misses and droped fish we had today.. "Scrubbin" it today was the norm unfortunatly..

Captian George and Mate Chris were fantastic They worked very hard and were friendly and curteous.. I have alwayts had mixed feelings about headboats but The Angler crew had really swung me in a possitive direction.. 

Sorry I have no pics.. (I was to busy drpping fish) But I hope Captian George will be emailing me a pic of my pool winer..

The man...big fish magnet I tell ya...silly, I can't break the 5.5# mark...meanwhile big fish coming over the rail all around me all summer long!  ;D
