Keyport flats late afternoon

Left the dock at 1:00 hoping to catch a cooler part of the day. First stop bouy 1 with a nice drift. Yellow high teaser with some gulp and minnow. Many shorts so we moved out to 19. My son gets a nice 19  inch keeper on the teaser. A lot of shorts. Moved to 14 and more shorts but I did get a fat 21 inch flatty.  Again Dad takes the kids to school.

First drift i did today was off the front of the ammo pier. 1 keeper 2 shorts, went 8 mi out to entrance of Ambrose, shark, sea robin, shark, skate, short, sea robin. worked our way up the channel, short, short, crabs. Over to candle sticks, Keeper, short, sea robin, short, Keeper, shark. went home with 3 in the box. Great day for a Guy, his 2 daughters and his old man.
