Had Matt,Andy,Linus,Joe,Jason and Chris on board today. Left highlands in a stiff wind at daybreak. Started out drifting eels for an hour and a half with just some bluefish to show for it. Picked up and ran south. Found some thick marks and got set up at 9:35. Had NON STOP drop and reel fishing until 1 p.m. with jumbo porgies to 4 lbs...and Sea Bass to 3 lbs. Had some Alberts jumping around just out of casting range as well...finished up the day with over 150 porgies....out of which 73 were over the 2.5 lb and better mark and a dozen nice sea bass. If we kept all the legal fish today we would have easily had our 6 man limit....not bad for 3.5 hrs of fishing....filled up half of the Bonar box today...
Nice job fellas!
Even had a stowaway come and hang out and take a rest for a half hour too
