2/3/11 round valley ice fishin

ice fished the valley today with a couple of friends.we caught 8 lake trout and a rainbow,the two largest lakers were 22 & 22 1/2inches the rainbow was 15 1/2inches they were caught on live bait on tip-ups and jiging rapala jigs and swedish pimples.the ice was 3 1/2-4 1/2 inches the largest laker had a hook in his mouth that was almost digested,it broke when i removed it.we fished in 70 ft. on the bottom

Nice. I took a ride by RV yesterday around lunch time and saw you guys out there ice fishing.

I was surprised, the ice didn't look all that safe.
