Late, Late Friday the 13th Mako Keith shakedown report.

Late report!...figured Keith would write one and I would just add pictures...anyway...out of Atlantic Highlands with Makokeith on his first trip of the year...hes been doing alot of interior work on his boat to make it more comfortable for fishing...ie....a cooler that holds three 30 packs and some rod holders and storage bins for tackle....lookin good!...but this being said....it was a shakedown trip and there were a few kinks to say the least(Capt. Sudzy forgot the net(rookie move!) and the engines didn't turn over in the afternoon....poor ground connection....but other then that we had some action on top water plugs with bass and blues...and also trolled up some. The bass were real picky...eyeballing the lures and the swimming away....then a blue would bang them and two or three stripers would follow to the boat....weird and frustrating!....good first trip with some great trips to come! some picts.

Thats 3 thirty packs,ice and sandwiches.  Been so busy looking for the net, I forgot to post. Anyway it was a good trip. Can't wait for this rain to go away to try it again. Thanks for the post and pics Kev. Go see a chiroprator before the next trip.LOL
