For You Do It Yourself Guys
« on: December 14, 2007, 11:05:51 AM »
Here's a cool website I found for those of you (unlike me who is all thumbs when it comes to this) who like to tear down and clean/lube/repair their reels.

Here's a related site that also offers schematics as well as parts (stock/upgrades/customs) and reel repair.

I've ordered carbonex drag washers from here in the past to replace the stock drag washers in my Penns and Abus.

While we're at it, here's a link to the Shimano website. It offers "how-to" information on basic reel maintenance. ;D
