How far of a run is Little Italy from Shark River Inlet?  I'm thinking it's about 30 miles.

 According to my navionics app, it is 20.4 miles at 124 degree's


 If by some chance you have towboatus, you can get the navionics computer program for free, or atleast you could two years ago when I got it.
