Title: longport pier
Post by: NJ Guy on October 10, 2009, 04:36:50 PM
TOO MUCH GRASS was out past wednesday and it was crappy... rough winds all morning then when it let up the grass came in... easily 2 pounds of grass on the line within 2 minutes of casting.... on a better note if you catch the morning high tide go out to the end of the pier on the left and cast under the bridge diagnally with the left point of the pier...current pushes bait fish and you will get about 1-2 hours of solid bluefish action.

Bluefish were caught on mullet and bunker
