Headed out of Shark River inlet around 7:30 am with my brother and a friend from the dock. We were greeted just outside of the inlet with the horizon filled with working birds. Once we got to the fleet we started seeing marks on the fishfinder and started trolling. Picked up blues in the 4-7# range for quite a while. Picked up 2 short stripers and plenty more blues. Followed the fish down to Manasquan were we managed to catch lots more blues and 2 keeper stripers 28" and 30" and four blues in the 10lb range. Lots of activity kept everyone busy all day.
