Sorry for the abbreviated version, but I have been swamped with work this weekend.
Monday will start with showers, eventually clearing and then mostly clear on Monday Night. Highs will be in the low 60's with overnight lows in the low 30's to mid 40's. Some areas will see frost and even freezing temperatures for the first time this season. Winds will be gusty during the day.
Water, surf and beach conditions will be cautious with winds to 25 knots and seas to 5+ feet.
