Title: Fish Monger 6/4 Pm Stripers
Post by: Capt -Jerry P on June 05, 2010, 06:48:55 PM
Headed out for a afternoon Striper Trip. Ted, Tom,, Dan, Ryan, Bill and Bill Rounded out the crew.

Went out and got bunkers quick but we didnt have no takers... Some fish were caught in the area the afternoon before so we stuck with it for awhile but couldnt get anything going.

Took a big steam north and got 3 bites on our first drift landing one 33lb Striped but it was all down hill from there Missed a few more bites but no more bass.

Ran back to another area only to miss a couple more Bites

So it was terribly slow for us going 1 for 8.

Covered a Lot of ground just wasnt our afternoon.

Cant Killem everyday.

Crew was great just wish the bite was better!!!

Thanks again Guys

Great effort Capt Jerry. I know it wasn't for lack of trying. Things have been hit or miss lately with the stripers.
