IBSP Fishing Report 10-2-09
« on: October 02, 2009, 12:46:27 PM »
Rather uneventful today in the park....actually it was down right DEAD.
Got out on the sand with clams, bunk and mullet before 6am.  Around daybreak I had 1 doggie.  After that a couple mullet bitten off, but nothing else till I left at noon.  And didn't see anyone else doing anything either.
Wind switched to SE today, water was still clean, but getting a little choppy from the SE.  Lots of bird activity on bait, but nothing under it.
If something doesn't change quick, the tournament Sunday might be a bust.  :-\

Nice try Lt. At least you were out there to see another nice sunrise.  t^

Thanks for the report Chris,

My uncle just left and we made plans to get out there either Monday or Tuesday got to check the weather report on Sunday.

This will be the first time he has been on the beach in over 20 years and he is so excited.  I just hope to put him on a fish or 2.

He bought all new equipment the last trip to Cabelas pretty cool.  Now the shoe or should I say boot is on the other foot.  It is my turn to get him out there.

Good try!  Nice pics too.  Water definitely got more "choppy" this afternoon.
