10/25 Sandy Hook Bass Report.....not for us today.

Headed out with Lori,Dad,Bill,Joe and Mark Flukabrasi and were greeted with that east wind and outgoing tide....a lovely mix....rounded the hook and headed south. Had some great life and set up for the jig....first fish...giant Demon....couple of swings and misses. Chased the birds and mark comes tight on a nice fish....hits the deck bloody and put on ice.
From that point the life seemed to disperse and we hopped around on great marks of bait and fish but were rewarded with only the demons  and a nice size fluke for the Flukabrasi as well.....we rolled a couple of fish off at the boat up top which were the striped ones. Tried eels....more bluefish....trolling ...more bluefish....back at it tomorrow!
Hopefully different results!

It's hard to keep those bluefish away. Mark looks happy,  good luck on the morning. t^

Thanks again for a sweet day Capt!  TT^  As those pics of the FF show, you had us over piles of fish all day.. can't ask for more than that.. too bad the striped ones did'nt chew better.. but still a fine day with great folks!  t^  chrz  chrz
