CM Togs... 1-15 / 1-16

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

was invited down on a non sponsor boat Saturday for a friend and "crew trip" with Capt Chaos.... rounding out this crew was Jazzy Jeff, How we doin Howie, The REAL DEAL Lenny, and mike fro pa.

drove off a bit more than usual and hit 3 wrecks during the day... the 1st one produced the most keepers where 13 went in the box 2-5 lbers, the next 2 wrecks had good life but all small fish10-12 inches and we only boxed 1 more keeper to finish up with a dismal 14....most of which came on clam baits

Day 2 was a 6 man open boat trip..... SET AN ALL TIME RECORD FOR DISTANCE ON THE S.R. this trip.... ...... but it paid off...... 1 wreck produce squat and after 20 minutes capt pulled anchors and off we went.....good choice despite the long run.... next wreck was loaded with life... my first 4 baits down boxed 4 keepers to 8lbs..... plenty of shorts also to keep everyone happy for the rest of the time..... i guess i boxed close to 10 myself.... with the final boat tally being 24 fish coming back to the dock... a certain Capt was shut out for the first time i could remember, but it was well deserved as he was munching a banana as we left the inlet and he let everyone know he will NEVER touch a banana again...EVER....

On a side note... I would like to personally thank BLACKFISH DARRYL AND HIS PARTNER for Stiffing me at the dock for the crab money.....grab your fish and run... that showed a lot of class... hopefully i will run into you guys again......

slt

Nice catch Tom. Sucks when guys don't pony up what they should.

Thanks for the entertainment with the tortoise and hare. Slow and steady wins the race.  TT^
