Took the boat out for the first time last Saturday. Launched out of Bayville to do some crabbing in the bay. Action was slow, but managed to get enough for a meal. Really didn't run far due to the chop.
Sunday we launched out of Manasquan and did some fluking in the river / inlet. Action was a little slow. Had 5 shorts to 16in all on bucktail / Gulp combo. Photo is the first fish landed on the boat. Took a little joy ride up the river to get acclimated.
Had a little trouble with the motor coughing and stalling in neutral at idle. That's since been resolved.
