Sharkbite II fishing Sunday 5/25
« on: May 25, 2014, 04:41:21 PM »
Headed out of inlet and snagged up some bunker quickly. Livelineed a couple bunker but no takers. Moved North and tried Flukin' only shorts. Moved out further and North and livelined again. Saw marks but nothing on the hook. Fished for fluke again and managed some shorts and the only keeper for the day. Gave it our all, water still cool, couple more weeks and we should see more activity...   Just realized I lost a day and typed Sat, should have been Sun.....

Great effort. A little increase in the water temp will help immensely.

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

Nice Mike, how'd she run?

Ran awesome yesterday. Lots of power to push the boat. Nice to be able to make moves pretty quickly.... Didn't burn as much fuel as we thought we would having 4 guys on the boat and all our gear- so pleased with initial observations.

Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife sells all of my fishing tackle for what she thinks I paid for it!
